Shield Academy

It is the in-house facility dedicated to staff training and research of continuous solutions and technologists. SHIELD Academy is available to customers who need to ensure and update the training of personnel or Security processes.

METHODOLOGY

All courses are based on the direct involvement of trainees by alternating theoretical part of teaching and practical examples where trainees are called upon to put into practice the procedures laid out.

The STS (Shield Training System®) method combines the established experience of instructors, certified international training standards and a new psychological approach to teaching.

All trainees are placed at the center of the training activity and called into direct confrontation: Trainer-Pupil, Trainee-Pupil. The methodology makes it possible to compress learner assimilation time and to fix notions more effectively.
